We currently conduct recruitment through this website as well as locally.
I've heard that Expro has gained some work, where can I find out details on your recruitment for this?
If you use the search facility within the website you will be able to find if there is ongoing recruitment for positions you may be interested in a particular country or area
Can I apply for more than one role?
Yes, but although the selection criteria may be similar most positions are very different. Please think about the type of role that will best suit you and your ultimate goals, and only apply for appropriate vacancies.
Can I apply if I don't have a full work-permit?
No. We can only consider applications from those with a full and valid permit to work in the country in which they are seeking employment, unless the position requires specific skills which are unavailable within the local workforce.
What can I expect at an interview?
Friendly people and lots of questions. We'll want to know all about your background and whether your skills match our core competency framework and the role for which you're applying. Of course, interviews work two ways, so you'll be encouraged to ask questions about Expro in return.
How long does it take to apply on line?
About 5 minutes. Just answer a few simple questions and then upload your CV. Please ensure your CV is in either Word or PDF format.
I applied to Expro before. Can I re-apply?
We have many different roles at Expro and even if you have applied for one, there may be others you are interested in. So please do apply for any you are interested in. We do ask though that if you were not successful for one particular job after going through to interview, that you wait 6 months before re-applying for the same role.
Is overseas travel mandatory at management level?
Not necessary, but as our international operations grow, more roles do require some travel and if you are mobile, there may be a wider range of career opportunities open to you.

Email us your new email address and we will change it for you.

Please email the HR department to remove your details.
What should I do if I have a disability that may affect my performance at any stage of the recruitment process?
Please let us know what adjustments you may need during the recruitment stage when completing the equal opportunities form at application stage. We will then contact you to ensure these are put in place.
When will I meet someone from the business?
If your initial application is successful, we will be in touch to let you know what happens next.
Do I have to have work experience to be considered for a position at Expro?
This will depend on the type of role you are applying for, for some it would be an advantage, for others you will have full training and support to get you up to speed.

You can always apply for any roles you are interested in.

If we are looking for people with particular qualifications or experience, this will be included in the vacancy details.
Selection
Yes. You will need to have the right to work in certain countries and we will ask for evidence of this. For operational and offshore roles the Company will make applications on your behalf if working in locations outside your normal base country.
This will vary depending on what you have applied for. We will be in touch with details of what happens next.
I have been given a date for interview, but I need to change it. What should I do?
Please contact the individual to whom you received the interview date and advise them of an alternative date(s) and they will be happy to help.
What do I need to bring along to my interview?
We will let you know exactly what to bring along with you at interview stage. However, should you be offered a position we will be looking at your right to work in the relevant country, this could include being asked to provide a passport, birth certificate, proof of national insurance number or social security number where applicable etc.

Yes we do support study for qualifications that are relevant to the role. This can be discussed at interview stage. Details of our educational assistance provision are detailed in the benefits section.
What salary and benefits can I expect at Expro?
