A vacancy has arisen in Aksai, Kazakhstan for a Wireline Field Coordinator reporting to the Operations Coordinator.
The purpose of the job is to coordinate and plan all aspects of Expro’s slickline activity in the Karachaganak field, be responsible at all times, or as externally required, commencing at the planning stage to satisfactory close out of the operations. This involves ensuring all Expro and client HSEQC policies, standards and procedures are complied with, whilst facilitating customer satisfaction.
The principal accountabilities of the position are:
Liaise with client wire line supervisor to determine personnel and equipment requirements and arrange for mobilization. Attend clients PJM prior to job starts in town and in the field;
Coordinate and liaise with subcontractors for equipment and personnel, supervise and coordinate their field activity ensuring that the operations are done efficiently and safely and as per Expro procedures;
Liaise with Workshop Foreman to ensure equipment requirements for field operations are planned for and fully met.
Maintain good Expro/Customer relationships at all times;
Ensure all aspects of Expro Safety and Quality Management Systems are adhered to. Provide good comments to KPO FB01 report. Raise PIRs on EpiTrak on every FB01. Liaise with Expro QA/QC Engineer in terms of equipment certification;
Generation of field service tickets and the follow up of invoice queries from Operation Coordinator and accounting department;
Report to Operations Coordinator on all HSEQC, Operations, Business, Equipment, Personnel and Invoicing issues;
Ensure regular job assessments are performed for personnel, make proposals to develop personnel at all levels to provide and continually improve the skills base of local operational personnel;
Carry out competence assessments to comply with Expro Competence Assurance System;
Provide guidance to Operations Coordinator on continuous improvement of Expro equipment and services.
The successful candidate will also meet the following criteria:
Oil and Gas service background; from Bachelor Degree for Work Permit in Kazakhstan
Wide knowledge and relevant 7-8 years wireline and oil and gas experience;
Wide knowledge and relevant 5 years experience in supervisorial role;
Good team player with sound interpersonal skills, proven ability to motivate subordinates;
Ability and experience of personnel management, proven ability to deal with personnel issues;
Available for the working schedule 4 weeks on 4 weeks off.
