Field Engineer (FE), operates a one/two person crew with the express purpose of gathering pertinent service work information from the customer, and utilizes this information to perform specific well-logging operations consisting of, but not limited to, assembling, operating, and maintaining well logging equipment, as well as performing pre- and post- job equipment inspections. Has worked as a Field Engineer Trainee or equivalent, for a minimum period of 6 months, and is proficient in two or more services performed under a single Product Service Line or (PSL). The ability to perform basic mathematical calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division is required. Basic reading comprehension and writing skills are required. Promotes safety awareness, environmental consciousness, and complies with all applicable safety, environmental procedures and regulations. They ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines. Promotes and takes an active part in Excellence in Operations.
