Location: Aberdeen

A vacancy has arisen within the Technical department in Aberdeen for a Region Learning and Development Co-ordinator reporting to the Region Technical Manager.

The purpose of the job is to play a critical role in supporting the technical education and development of Expro’s workforce.

The principal accountabilities of the position are:

  1. To work in a safe, responsible and cost effective manner, in full compliance with the company's safety and quality management systems.
  2. To assist with the development and delivery of Training Material relevant to Well Test Equipment Maintenance, Safe Operating Procedures, and Technical Theory.
  3. To work with Operations Management to identify training needs of employees and continuous improvement of the training program.
  4. To work within the training guidelines issued by the Group Learning and Development Manager.
  5. To assist in the presentation of training material to employees.
  6. To assist in the evaluation of all training and participate in continuous improvement of training material.
  7. To assist with implementation and continuous competence assessment of Well Test personnel.
  8. To assist in providing training reports to regional and global management.
  9. To help develop and maintain the Global Competence Assurance system in relation to Well Test.
  10. To perform other tasks as assigned.

The successful candidate will also meet the following criteria:

  • Previous experience in this type of field or role is advantageous.
  • Work well with, and contribute to a work group or team to complete assigned task.
  • Possess clear communication and presentation skills.
