Programme overview:
The programme’s focus is to expose new recruits to Subsea and Well Test Management and other associated services and their requirements, broaden existing knowledge and provide guidance through their first Expro professional steps. The different insights into our company, the work we carry out and our processes will support their decision for a long term career with Expro.
The focus will be on developing new and existing talent that will help expand our current work force in Malaysia, Indonesia and India and ensure that we contribute to have the capabilities to win and execute new business in our identified growth markets.
Recruitment Profile:
- Fresh graduate with a Degree/Diploma in engineering/electrical/mechanical discipline.
- Fluency in written and spoken English language.
- Willingness and unrestricted ability to travel out with home country for training and work requirements.
- Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Keen to develop career aspirations.
