Welltest Assistant Operations Supervisor (2 Onshore Posts)

Location: Aberdeen

Two vacancies have arisen for the above position within our UK Welltest Operations department, based in Aberdeen. The purpose of the job is to assist the Onshore Supervisors to oversee Welltest Planning and Operations in the UKCS Region, liaising with other Service Supervisors in relation to operations and advising Clients on technical issues relating to the service.

The principal accountabilities of the job are:

To ensure all pre-job planning is completed to Client/Expro requirements, including QHSE.
To liaise with Senior Field Personnel to ensure they are aware of Job/Client requirements.
To maintain contact with Client/Drilling/Other Service Companies/Third Party Companies with relation to planning and operations.
To assist with recruitment of new personnel.
Assist in the control (minimise) of direct costs to maximise margins.
Provide technical support both internally and externally.
Liaise with other regions regarding operational matters.
To ensure the Operations Manager is kept informed of operational matters as required.
Participate in the department Safety Meetings.
Ensure the Sales Quote to final Sales Invoice procedure is followed.
Complete Loadout Checks and appropriate check sheet for all equipment dispatched for offshore.
Complete the Welltest Onshore Pre-Shipping Checklist.
Work in accordance with the process for Third Party Rentals - QAP/UK/0602 i.e. including checking of Third Party Invoices for authorisation.
Work in accordance with the process defined in WT/QAO 004 - Control of Operational Activities.

The successful candidate will also meet the following criteria:

Well testing experience preferred
Knowledge of Welltest Operations
Organisational/Logistical skills
Self motivated
Good communication skills
